Cytotekk, The SEC has serious charges levied against MINE/owners from the California property.(Please people don't tell me GE is not involved, Ericson is Secretary of MINE is she not, and she is "MARRIED" to Kittles, true?) They also "MAY" have additional charges pending from the unsubstantiated May 22 press release. This is truth, no fabrication. The SEC and any rational investor has doubts to the validity of the claims due to the fact that so little "ACTUAL" work has been done to back it up.(along with the fact that Guido has admitted to errors in his calculations. Whether it's a 1% or a 99% mistake, the SEC and any rational thinking adult has to think is this the only mistake? I doubt it and so does the SEC) The actual sampling is only in it's infancy. So much more work needs to be done. IMHO, I believe historical documents may give one a starting point, but you have to get down and do "LOTS" of digging/ sampling to start making these type of claims(2900 assays don't cut it). People, before you attack me personally or bash me, I'm not trying to attack your "dreams" I am only stating facts in the beginning of this post. Please remember that........ Bac
