yes a class action suit will most likely be put together as it is already in the beginning stages.. SI will be named as well as several of these individuals who continually bash stocks.. these people and we know who they are "bash" stocks 10times more than any stock hypster I've ever seen.. and they move together such that it is apparent that they either seem to enjoy causing people agony and loss as a hobby or they truly do work together.. I'm not blowing smoke.. I've got firsthand knowledge that a suit is being filed against these parties... do I have details.. NOPE.. and I don't want them... I simply look forward to the day that the responsible parties are dealt with and that SI changes it censorship.. or at least defines their definition of "harassment" as they have clearly said that they see NO harassment by these people.. I say, "whatever".. SI has been a great place for a long time.. let's hope that some changes are made in the future.. I don't think I've seen packs of hypsters going around to several different stocks at a time hyping it up... but you do see that with the bashers.. even Kevin and I have a few stocks that we differ in.. some we simply choose not to be so verbal in and just buy the stock and put it away in the closet for the future... but we dont have 10people that follow us around to every stock in a cooberated effort to hype it.. sure we have followers... but the intent is different.. our readers and many good people like yourselves want everyone to win and to see the companies prosper.. these bashers want no one to win and want to see the companies fall so they can gloat.. and rumor is so they can buy to cover.. who knows on that issue.. anyway, since most these bashers bookmark me I'm sure we'll get a response or two from this post in which they'll pick a line or two and respond.. just let whatever they say go in one ear and out the other.. hard as it might be... they don't respect us.. but they will have to respect the law some day in the future... jim
