PS. Knowing Kevin.. this doesn't phase him in the least.. he's probably gonna have steak for lunch and can completely disassociate any thoughts of the steak he's eating from the steak that had the flies on it... a good healthy appetite is what you look for when you want to get stock leads from someone... lol

Any time you are doing business in a developing country you can't take the US model. (The following quote is not Belize). There are other countries where people take bribes as a matter of course. I asked about it one time and I was told, "why else would a person want to hold public office" in a certain large but developing country. Things are so different in many countries that you are prudent if you hire a consultant first to tell you how to work with the local people and businesses.
If you are going to invest in foreign stocks or US stocks with substantial foreign operations you need to look at things a little differently. Think about doing business in Russia for example. It is like doing business with the mob. The returns in Russian stocks until recently were astronomical. The profits can be huge but it is a very different world. If people want to continue to own PRWT and worry about these foreign countries perhaps this stock is not for them .
