If the Belize deal goes up in smoke,I don't think that it will, that would cause a short term hick-up in the stock. If PRWT does a deal tomorrow with Costa Rica which might be three times as large as the Belize deal and a better country to do business in, followed up by a similar deal in Panama, for example;Belize would be so quickly forgotten that nobody would ever bring it up again. If the brokerage does ads on CNBC and causes a sensation, no one will care if Belize ever existed and won't care if they ever hear about another Latin American mortage deal again. Because of those reasons the stock did not plummet last week. Other people than this thread have figured that out. This thread wants to debate about the need for a marching band at a third world country groundbreaking. My hunch is that developments will cause this thread to get real positive again real fast except when one guy sells again, throwing us into our usual uproar. Maybe after three times now we won't care. I hope so.
