Reason

Been lurking a little, finally found something that struck my interest. DOC's DD on the photo. Well it gave me thought that my girlfriend colleague lives in Belize 3-1/2 months a year on work assignment, and knows of the minister in question. Just e-mailed the photo and will let you know her thoughts on any of the gentlemen in the photo. However, she may not recognize him so dont get down on me if I report back that finding.
