Now, is there a way to get the Historical Numbers so that I can put them is a spreadsheet or Meta Stock?

Also, what is the theory behind it?

Thanks - very interesting - it's obviously very closely related to S&P 500 -as you can see if you do a plot against that index on Yahoo. It is much more conservative now but was less conservative in Sept 97. It's recent behavior looks like a lot of mid to small cap stocks I've been following.
