Ausdauer, how do you come to know which patents are being contested? Do you have a copy of the full court filing? In addition, it seems odd that you claim that SNDK did not list the patent supposedly in question on their products. Please clarify.

Are you still riding this one down as it approaches the single digits ? You may want to sell on any rally back to the 9 day MA... If you followed that strategy a few weeks back when I first mentioned it, you would have gotten 14. That sure looks good now... I won't ever go long on this wounded beast again as long as the Good Dr. is in charge of mishandling the company.
