Just be careful in these areas. Did anyone notice that P-GILD has transformed to a rapid thermal annealing process rather than a revolutionary elimination of several photolithography steps required for ion implementation. This is a subtle change that has major implications. Also, I understand the Photronics system was shipped without a handling device and has not been installed as yet. Can anyone imagine a true production system that rfequires hand loading? The system also has difficulty with dense structures. ETEC has some new products that are very competitive in this area and cannot be discounted.
