Stocks that are coming back: HBOC with 102 big blocks going through today, TLAB with 37 blocks going through, and GM with 52 big blocks going through and a possible strike settlement. T unchanged with 155 big blocks going through. SHX with 17 big blocks going through. GIC improving as well. NSOL was upgraded to a STRONG BUY by Hambrecht & Quist. That bodes well before it's earnings report on Wednesday.
