It was MY IDEA NOT TO TELL THE THREAD ABOUT THE 200M AUTHORIZED SHARES. Why, because I hold a hell of a lot of shares and I didn't want to see it go down. Anything else you know and haven't told? I'm afraid your credibility just took a hit. Also, it's irrelevant how many shares are authorized. It's outstanding that counts. Far from it: it means the company can issue another 100M shares any time it cares to without asking permission of anyone. Can you spell "dilution"? Please note that the company has said more than once that it's in "acquisition mode". How do you suppose these proposed acquisitions will be paid for? And of course, with the current low stock price, more shares will be required...
