Yeah, I'm sure he's holding back a lot about you. LOL

There will be no dilution without bringing more than equivalent reserves to the table. Unlike other management teams you are used to bashing, MTEI management has integrity.

Your comments appear to be right on the mark to me, Janice. In fact, I might not have been quite as polite regarding the credibility aspect. And anyone spell "objective reporting?"

Funny, you were the one to respond to my post. Should've figured that out. It means a lot coming from the queen/king of credibility, Janice Shell, who supposedly posts all day and night without having a position in the stock.

Give me a break. I came clean and if you choose not to believe me that's your choice.

Steve

<<Far from it: it means the company can issue another 100M shares any time it cares to without asking permission of anyone. Can you spell "dilution"? Please note thatmthe company has said more than once that it's in "acquisition mode". How do you suppose these proposed acquisitions will be paid for? And of course, with the current low stock price, more shares will be required...>>

Janice:

Dilution is not all bad if and when it happens. Each deal would have to be looked at on its own standing to see if it adds shareholder value. Look at the initial deal $200MM in assets for 50MM shares. That was the deal. Now the question? Did it add shareholder value. If they acquire a producing company with the remaining 100MM shares that adds an immediate say $0.20 EPS, well I've got no problem with that. So dilution is not always bad. Now if on the other hand, they keep diluting to keep up operations (i.e., analogous to RNTK) and not make smart acquisitions with those shares, that's another issue entirely.
