Anyone.. a synopsis of why TAVA has fallen so much recently, without going overboard on speculation about company scams or y2k being the end of the world. Are earnings expectations in line, have other companies joined TAVA's niche, is remediation proceeding faster than expected, is the company not being far sighted in its growth and diversification? Is it share dilution? Maybe someone can do a reasons 1 - 10 for why the stock is falling and why the selling is right or wrong. thanks

<<we are watching the unfolding of the largest conspiracy/fraud scheme ever attempted in the history of man.>>

Oh please.

TAVA's stock fraud - while not completely amateurish - is relatively transparent and has been done countless times before. TAVA is a tiny IT consulting firm which is losing money - that is exactly why they had to pledge 100% of their assets for a tiny 4 million loan...that is exactly why their float has expanded dramatically as the company has diluted its shares....that is exactly why the stock price has ben artificially inflated on Y2K nonsense hype instead of earnings...and that is exactly why the stock will inevitably trade in the low single digits.
