I noticed that one of the pictures from Giovanni Smith's Lagoon Estates site looks almost exactly like the lot in the photo of John w/ministers. belize.com

Not that I don't trust you isoman, I just needed to confirm for myself. PRWT still looking great!!!!! Attached e-mail: Ridge Lagoon Estates is a housing subdivision developed by us. We are PRISTINE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES LTD (PDEL). We also build homes, but presently, are not in a financial position to finance these homes. There is hovever, a group called PanAmerican Bancorp or Affordable Housing Group (AHG), please see their web page at www.panambancorp.com that plans on providing financing. Our contribution to this project is that we are the land owners and developer. (www.belize/pristine.com) As far as we know: Affordable Housing Group is going ahead with their models (the home manufacturer was here in Belize, on the property, two weeks ago in discussions with the contractor). PanAm Bancorp/AHG is planning on financing the above homes. To us, this is a very good project as it will be fullfilling a need. It's hard to see anything going wrong with it if handled properly. We at PDEL are presently waiting for the homes to arrive in Belize in order for us to start erecting.
