Many products from both Lucent and Cisco originate elsewhere. That's not the issue. Until now, ATT has bought their network hardware mostly from Cisco. Whose products will ATT/BT buy -- that is the question. I get the feeling the telecoms are circling the wagons and all outsiders will be shot at, and not at just the Indians. Tulvio
