Gregg - A comment on WLL only systems. In theory systems designed from the ground up to be WLL should be less expensive and have more capacity than a full mobile system jammed into a WLL (i.e. GSM, CDMAOne, ...). The WLL designed systems should, in theory, have a price advantage. In practice the problem is that their market is so small that the WLL designed systems lose that advantage to the full mobile systems (or partial mobile systems like DECT or PHS) due to economies of scale. But who knows if that will always remain so.
