Dwight, I do not have any assumptions on stock buy back. Actually, I would not be surprised if the bond holders did some "howlering" at management for spending money on buyback. The money CYMI got from the convertible issue should be used for building the future of the company, not playing guesses as to what is the bottom of the market. Unless they can get better returns by buying shares than elsewhere, they should not be buying stock. If the money is burning holes in their pocket, and they have enough cash to get them trough a real tough period, they should possibly look at a synergistic acquisition, the next three months would provide some very cheap technologies and businesses in the market segment they operate to make an acquisition sensible (just do not go out and simply buy a competing division from Coherent or Komatzu <VBG>).
