Darwinism in Action:

Shard Tappan, 28, was escaping the heat in Mt. Clemens, Mich., in an
apartment swimming pool. He and friends decided to have a contest to
see who could hold their breath the longest. Tappan won. After five
minutes at the bottom of the pool, the friends pulled him out and
started CPR. He was pronounced dead on arrival at a
hospital. (UPI)
