Looks like phase one is 127 lots, and there is still phase 2 and three. belize.com I also know that Giovanni has one more parcel of land with the same set up. That accounts for roughly 600 lots.(my estimate) There are other builders making subdivitions too. I havn't got the information on those yet. Not all builders are on the web yet. There are currently 5 government programs out to get new housing going. One that I remember off hand is a teachers program. if you search alta vista for +belize and +elington you will find many links to this sort of information.
