Can someone elaborate on the lawsuit? I am new here and have no clue. The announcement is so brief that I couldn't get anything out of it. Thanks.

Factual info about what has changed? 200 million now authorized, was 100 million. Reason: Some people want shares, some want cash. MTEI didn't want the authorized shares to keep them from getting a deal done in the best interest of shareholders. If more shares are issued, you can bet that assets will be acquired. 89 million outstanding, was 70 million (or there abouts). Reason: That's why we have the press release today. Dunn Engineering doing the land surveys, was Stagg Engineering. Reason: Stagg wasn't getting and couldn't get the job done in a timely manner which was holding up the entire process. Some buyers, some sellers. Reason: games the same, names just changed. Not much else has changed from a month ago. Tod
