Well Tulvio, I will bow to your expertise when it comes to LU's product line as I'm still researching. Your point about MRVC is interesting but even if MRVC entire revenue stream came from Cisco is would amount to less than 2% of Cisco's annual sales....and I can guarantee you that CISCO doesn't even make up half their revenues. I'm not aware of any other CISCO products which are OEM'd are you?

Anyway, this discussion misses the point. LU and CSCO (and ASND for that matter) all have opportunities with the AT&T/BT deal. I don't think anyone has an inside track as each company has core competencies which the others don't. The carriers know this, have known it for years, and have voted with the deals they've struck up to now. Going forward there will continue to be convergence however LU and CSCO will likely remain and the cream in the "converged world". The issue at hand, I believe, is that you feel LU will own the communications world and that they have the in-house competencies to do this. I'm not sure everyone would agree that they have EVERYTHING they need....but there is no doubt that LU will be a winner going forward.

Good investing.
