No, in fact, QCOM is using some of IDC technology. CDMA is narrow band technology. B-CDMA is wide band. It can not only carry far more concurrent channels, it is far more stable and not subject to the same shadow/fading problems that CDMA has in dense metropolitan areas. Suggest you go to IDC board. Jim Lurgio is the resident guru on that board."
