Alya has been working out all the little glitches. It is up to the company to work on improving the company. They have people to take care of the stock price. Once they continue to improve and get the shares from all those who are not holding for the long run. The float is low. We as invetors look at the stock price too much. We are happy tick by tick, when the stock goes up or down. We should set a mental price we want the price to trade at. Only look at the price weekly.

All those who have invested in ALYA over the past months know the quality of the company. They WILL trade higher. Good companies try and get rid of all the loops that will slow them down. A good move for Alya is, they are getting rid of these loops now (under $1) this way when we hit the $teens we won't have these problems to worry about.

ALYA is being accumulated by long holders.

---------------

By becoming an ALYA distributor TACS joins M&E Sales of Baltimore; Facility Robotics of Atlanta; Smart Building Technologies of Vancouver; PVT a.s. of Slovakia; Ing. Simonsen of Norway and Codas of Argentina. In total, these distributors have indicated their intent to provide ALYA with approximately $4,000,000 in first year sales. O.P.E.N.centrix is the only security system currently available that provides interoperability with numerous LonWorks building control products.

ALYA has now received three orders from Ing. Simonsen of Norway. The Company is pleased to announce that today's shipment of a 25 door order of ALYA's Advanced Security Management System (O.P.E.N.centrix) to Simonsen is destined for installation in the first "completely integrated building" in Norway using Echelon's LonWorks technology. ALYA's O.P.E.N.centrix featuring alarm monitoring, access control and interoperability will be fully integrated with other building control systems such as HVAC and lighting.
