David Miller-

Apparently Mr Miller left ADPT a long time ago. This should be a non-event.

SF Trader: Notice that neither the CFO nor Treasurer hold CPAs. Just my opinion, but they possibly got in over their heads, and the board decided to find more qualified alternatives. Just an observation.

This is why I watch this thread carefully; GOOD observation, and why didn't I think to check that? Could be they were just swamped during hard times, couldn't manage the investment conferences or conference calls well enough - who knows?

My guess is that Hansen was eased out for being out of his depth (although he did accept a roughly equivalent VP/CFO position at a sizable company), and O'Meara either left for truly personal reasons or wasn't going to be the new CFO and wasn't at all happy with that. Note there was no new position mentioned for O'Meara, so maybe he's just taking a break from all the stress.

As for the Asian Sales Manager, I would not be surprised if he simply got a better deal elsewhere? He obviously didn't make much $ the last two quarters, relatively speaking. He may have wanted out of the Asian market altogether. Who knows?

Asian sales have been stinky for a year or so; maybe they are looking for someone who can perform better. After all, what better time to get rid of deadwood in a company (not accusing anyone in particular, mind you) than during crisis times when deadwood can be least afforded and tolerated?
