Actually, the notes on the quarterly report state that there was a loss of 3.63/share, but there was a charge of 2.60 for restructuring. It also says that there was a cost of 27 cents/share for its voluntary seperation program. It states that this was " a restructuring measure." Does this mean that it is included in the 2.60, or is this in addition to the 2.60. If it is in addition to, than losses from operations were only 76 cents/share. So whats right?

Also I find it interesting that "advanced large diameter and epitaxial products were 45% of product volume in the latest quartercampared with 39% in the year ago period." This could bode well for the future, assuming they don't go belly up.

Obviously they are cutting there lower profit margin businesses such as small wafers and concentrating on the larger wafers for the future. Risky but extremely profitible if it works.
