Ellen,
It does seem rather strange that Administrator Bob will not respond, if , for any other reason but to settle the nerves of shareholders who have been made to feel Mr. Kugler's presence on an almost daily basis.
Hearing S.I. respond, in print, that they are not involved with Mr. Kugler in any manner other than that as he as a client, would be a show a faith. As would extending the courtesy of prohibiting trial members from this thread as they have to other threads.
I'll be watching to see how this turns out.

I agree that it is a simple question that should have a simple answer. But I think you all are making this into some huge conspiracy where none exists.
