Miller, Have we gotten any firm numbers as to what the float is? I'm still trying to get the most current number in terms of not just issued but soon to be issued (i.e. for services rendered, etc.). I now believe our lurking suspicion of more additional shares being issued than we originally thought is why we are sitting at the bottom right now (in addition of course to the delays). Have you gotten any new information on this yet? Prov

Mr. Miller - could you tell me what the advantages of using winr over lets say internet visa would be for those involved in internet commerce? I understood what advantage winr enjoyed when the goal was to keep track of peoples winnings and to actually get $$$ back to them. But for basic ordering of merchandise etc, I don't see any special advantage winr would have over already existing credit cards which would pose major competition for winr. On the other hand, maybe the entire thrust of this thing is headed away from online gambling towards online commerce and even though the co. may seem to be changing it's colors faster than a lizard - this may in fact be aiming winr at a much broader market - in which case we may have to completely re-evaluate the upside potential for WINR.
