Far be it from me to disagree with some of the false starts this company has had, but a question still must be asked. I am presenting this in the most respectful manner I can and hope you can answer it.

Way back in the fall, LPS was willing to give up Sea Soil and take 7.5mm shares of CSMA at 0.625, or approx $4.7mm of stock.

So, given the stock is now under 30 cents and your CSMA stock is worth less than half of the Fall value and further, given that you are so upset with the quality of the management, why wouldn't you be absolutely ecstatic to get back your Sea Soil now and cancel the deal?

I gave up about $1 of my money(on average) in the Fall to get one share of CSMA. If someone offered me my money back today, I would jump at it. Why aren't you?

HK, i disagree with your assessment.

1. AdHatters has been successful by any measure.

2. Envirotec has received state approval and is now waiting on a
contractor to complete work on the class V well. Numerous
delays, but no failure yet. The delays, i'm satisfied, have
been legitimate and no one has offered up proof to dispute that
view. When that well becomes operational it will, imho,
provide a revenue stream that compensates for any delays.

3. Coconino Oil and Gas poked around and didn't hit the big gas
pocket. The outcome may not have been as hoped, but the deal
was done. In true business fashion the next step would be
re-assessment, which last word i have is consistent with where
the company sits. And if they pull the plug on that one i'll
not complain either.

4. LPS - you tell your story, i have mine.

5. Reporting status. Explored possibility of filing form 10 and
determined that route would be long and difficult. In the
interest of shareholders management decided to pursue that
issue through reverse merger. Now, call it what you like but
how this company achieves reporting status is of little
matter. Getting there is of significant value to its
shareholders.

In short, you have a perspective about this company that i don't share. So you keep dreaming about replacing this management team while they keep pushing the business plan and adjusting where needed.
Until they fail in MY perspective they'll continue to recieve my support. regards.

HK

It sounds like it boils down to clear title of the sea soil. After due diligence, regardless if the stated value was the true worth, attorneys representing CSMA must surely have clarified the existence of clear title/ownership.

Can you tell us how they have come to the conclusion that there is/was a "cloud" as to proper ownership and as a result are cancelling the agreement with LPS?

Since the Sea Soil belongs to the LPS group, could you PLEASE
tell me what it is?
Is there a technical term for it? I'm sure it is a mineral.
Who could I talk to about exactly what it is good for?

Thank you very much!

HK,................At times in the past I have suggested/asked the thread to be patient with posters who have taken an unpopular stance. I don't think it has done any good but I most always want to hear the rest of the story from someone else's perspective. It is my perception after reading ALL of your posts and those of your friends(?) that I can not support where you want to lead us. I can see no value in following your lead. Based on your words, approach and attitude I would find it most difficult to support any new management team you might endorse. If what I have been witnessing is truly an example of the LPS business/management style. Then as long as CSMA has dotted the i's and crossed the T's, in withdrawing from the LPS/CSMA relationship, they have my support.
I feel, like a few others, that CSMA is likely to have less distractions now and will be in a position to persue more profitable avenues already in the works. Considering the disappointments of your group and the dollars you may have lost ON PAPER, I am hoping for your sake, that you are most careful about subjecting yourself to further losses. I appreciate the fact that you were able to wake up our group and make us re-think our positions. I, for one, am very uncomfortable with my real losses at present. However, and I believe it was Durro who pointed it out (maybe TG), currently we are in a much stronger position to go forward, recoup losses and profit from our patience.

Thank you for making me re-think my position,

Chuck Messick
