Maybe I'm missing something here. I'm no financial wizard so that's entirely possible, but wouldn't assets be what's left after deducting expenses from revenue?

I understand what you're saying about the possible huge revenues of Zulu-tek and future worth, but couldn't the possible huge expenses dilute that as far as assets go? I guess I'm not seeing this as a viable way to determine the value of a company in an acquisition either.

I do know that I've sold most of my ESVS stock, but didn't reinvest it into ZULU. I'm concerned that the market will not view the down trend in ESVS as favorable to ZULU. I'd much rather see ZULU rise to get a better conversion rate then to see ESVS fall. That would show strength IMO.
