Hey DealMaker! I did not see any one answer you on you question on the warning and disclaimer. I noticed it, clicked on it and came back to continue reading threads. It's more of our info we should all be aware of....You gotta look up and see where the buzzerds are headin' Sometimes it's right for your money in the form of low priced securities.
