Lamp, personally I choose to believe that WACC management was not a party to what happened following the issuance of the Reg S shares. It was NOT a smart move however you look at it though.
As for being "blind sided" when WACC did the last reverse (one for three) I did not find out there had been a reverse split 'til days after.
This is very clearly one of those games where you can't win if you don't play and can't be wrong if you don't declare yourself. I'm long on this stock because I chose to average down rather than take a smaller loss up front. Don't think I'd gamble new money now if I was not already involved. Only time will tell where we're going with this.

Edited. I think the reverse happened during the take over by Boyar, meaning it was already in the works before he took over, and hopefuly, he learned from what happened and won't do it again.
