The first 800 of some 6,000 mortgage applications from Belize citizens are being processed. The first closings are expected in late August or early September. Most borrowers are government workers or other civil servants and employees of large Belize companies. The home foundations have been laid out and the models will be completed as scheduled; inauguration of the sub-division is set for September. The government of Belize has backed the program and investors have committed to fund $10,000,000 in mortgages monthly beginning immediately.

PanAmerican BanCorp expects the mortgages in Costa Rica to be larger than
anticipated. John Schmitz, CEO of PanAmerican BanCorp, will return to Costa Rica in
late summer to further arrangements to provide mortgages to the 20,000 new homes
under the government guarantee program. Loans are approximately $25,000 to
$30,000 each.

PanAmerican BanCorp/Purewater (PRWT) has acquired Access Wall Street in
exchange for already-issued shares of the company so there is no dilution of PRWT
shares. Access Wall Street is projected to add about $1.5 million in monthly revenues
to PRWT or an additional $18 million a year. Net income is projected at $6 million a
year. Look for further strategic alliances and acquisitions shortly.

The email is from giovanni smith, not a computer company.

The subdivision is the subdivision Panamerican is involved in.

Pan American would not be on Giovani's website, since they are not related
companies.

Pristine is the owner/developer, and PanAmerican is the financier.

Pristine is the company that has the licence to develop the property.

There is no longer an issue here. If you are still concerned, I provided the phone number for the Minister of Home Affairs, Hubert Elrington, spend your $1 a minute to phone if you must. My ego does not require that you trust me. I merely gave you the lead to absolute truth.

We are PRISTINE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES LTD (PDEL), and are not part
of
PanAmerican Bancorp or Affordable Housing Group (AHG).

Our contribution to this project is that we are the land owners and
developer. (www.belize/pristine.com)

As far as we know:
Affordable Housing Group is going ahead with their models (the home
manufacturer was here in Belize, on the property, two weeks ago in
discussions with the contractor).
PanAm Bancorp/AHG is planning on financing the above homes.

To us, this is a very good project as it will be fullfilling a need. It's
hard to see anything going wrong with it if handled properly. We at PDEL
are presently waiting for the homes to arrive in Belize in order for us to
start erecting.
