Actually, that is a person's right. I happen to feel that it is my right to do as I please whenever and however...as long as I don't impinge upon other people's rights. That is PRECISELY why I said that free speech ALLOWS you to continue posting here (and I would never create laws to prevent that). However, if you were ASTUTE, you would have noticed that I also mentioned that rights carry with them responsibilities. Preventing a mugging is a responsibility. I would, in fact, stop one. I wouldn't try to convince other people to join me, though. That would have to be their choice. As far as comparing this thread to a mugging....I find that laughable. Then you better start posting on about 1,500 other threads here. And start doing it fast. The pump and dumpers are way ahead of you. The fact that you are focussing on this stock (and maybe a few others) raises only suspicion on the part of other members of this thread. As I said, I can't say I blame them. It is odd that someone who holds no position is so obssessed with this stock. Oh yes, if you think that I WOULDN'T prevent a mugging...perhaps you should read my past messages on my personal page. I actually post on the Pump and Dump threads, rather than individual stocks. You get more bang for your buck there.... Having been a victim of them at one time, I found that I can prevent more people from getting burned by many stocks. Unlike you...who seems to want to prevent only a few people from getting "burned" by one stock. I think you need to reevaluate your priorities. I don't post negative responses on threads that I don't have positions in BECAUSE IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO SPEAK ABOUT SOMETHING IN WHICH I HAVE NO POSITION. These threads are designed for investors to share thoughts comments and information. After your first few posts, you ceased to share anything of that nature.

TLW- If you are so intent on interceding on what you perceive to be a "mugging", please copy ALL your comments to the SEC (enforcement@sec.gov). Also send your comments and thoughts to newsletters that debunk hyped stocks. To purposely and incessantly chide people on this thread, after stating you have no interest in this equity other than to "protect" others from making poor investment decisions, is tantamount to "dumping". You have not fully, or even partly, substantiated any of your claims about ALYA's liabilities. You have not named specifically any of ALYA's direct competitors who you proclaim that ALYA's doesn't have an edge over. You have catagorized all DD done by others as hype. You have only made the same acusations, and statements repeatedly as if repetition somehow provides truth. Your credibility is based solely on your purported experience and heresay. To continue as you have has only cast doubts on your stated motivations. You have undermined many, if not all, of your arguments by your persistence. Personally, I don't need your gallantry and will report your actions to the SEC. If your intentions are truely noble, you'll allow investors to make their own judgments and allow them to determine which paths to take based on their own research. If you have no interest in this company and persist as you have, I will be forced to believe that you are only intent upon undermining share value. So, thanks for your contributions. I've read them. Though the more you repeat them, the less credility your contributions have. My dear Mr. Watson, If is true that you hold no position in this company please leave this thread. We are all old enough to accept responsibility for our own actions, if this company doesn't have what it takes to be succeed then we have been wrong. Knowledge is awareness, and to it there are many paths, not all of them paved with logic. But sometimes one is guided through the maze by intuition. One is led by something felt on the wind, something seen in the stars, something that calls from the wastelands to the spirit. We are all grown-ups here and we can sail our own ships. As for muggings, you are guilty of that. You have verbally mugged people on this thread by your racist remarks and you owe those people an apology. Just by having read the posts I said to myself "look there's a mugging going on over there" and I won't walk on. You Mr. Watson are a terrorist of stocks, the terrorist lives for terror, not for the change he tells himself he wants. He masks his desire to kill and destroy behind the curtain of a cause. It is destruction he wants, not creation. Like I said " if you have no vested interest in this company, leave".
