Strategic acquisition, synergy of far greater value than mere acquisiton itself. Sure, this is a wonderful acquisiton in and of itself. But what it tells me is PRWT is going to expand rapidly in the US and in Latin American in the mortgage and fiancial services business. My guess is they will incorporate the video phone and do mortgages in a revolutionary way especially in the US. I also look for PRWT to compliment the mortgage business with related financial services in the future. In other words, if your selling ham and eggs you might as well offer coffee and toast. Moreover, if they move much along much further with a stock price this low, somebody is going to want to acquire the whole company once the synergy starts to add up. The whole is not greater than the sum of the parts yet, but its heading that way. I would just encourage investors to think of the whole and the strategic direction & synergy rather than each part of the business.
