Some have dollar amounts, some don't.

Think the ones that don't are being done for free?

Terp,

Note products AND SERVICES. Master consulting agreement.

The best thing the company could do for longs is to get the financials out here ASAP along with some projections.

Did they infact file an extention last year? If so we might see the release sooner than some think.

John

The new contract is the result of a successful Y2K pilot project completed earlier this year. Work has already begun at Chevron's Richmond, California refinery, the Salt Lake City, Utah Refinery and the Chevron Chemical plant in Orange, Texas.

FYI: Orange, TX is near Houston. Helps partially explain TAVA's new Houston office. (Chevron was also at the Process Control Y2K Conference I attended here in Houston a few months ago ... with Shell, Texaco and Amoco.)

Y2K Shell director was lunch partner. Had dinner with Amoco Y2K director (who reports directly to board of directors.) At that time they both indicated they were in discussions with TAVA. However, I did not pursue further(nor did they volunteer specifics.) Our conversations primarily covered embedded systems and economic impact issues.

Cheryl

BTW: There are LOTS of chemical plants & refineries just south of Houston. Every year there are usually several explosions and/or chemical leaks ... some worse than others. (I forget they're there until I see extensive news coverage with each explosion/leak.)

Terp, margins are higher in these type of deals by using Tava's tools and having Chevron do remediation themselves. Tava doesn't have to tie up it's manpower. IMO Tava needs more of these high margin projects.
