Agreements are open-ended contracts with no specific dollar amounts and no guaranty that any services will actually ever be purchased.

Basically, it is an agreed upon billing rate for consulting services.

Companies like TAVA, that publish a news release every time they complete an agreement of this nature, tend to do themselves a disservice.
