I just spoke with Peter Duda from the I.R. firm. Earnings will be released at close of business today. There will not be a CC.

The attorney's for CMND have advised against the CC. The decision was made within the last day or two, according to Peter.

Peter stated that the attorney's have advised CMND against the CC due to still being under the SEC definition of "quiet period". He mentioned that although the company would like to release news and discuss Q2 results as well as future prospects, they are following their counsel's advice. Peter mentioned that CMND is exercising caution, particularly in view of the pending shareholder litigation.

Best Regards, JAB
