Morgan Stanley reiterated a strong buy on MO this AM--should help further the current rally. CNBC ran this story several times.

Rarebird, to follow up..Thread..favorable APPELLATE COURT rulings. Favorable rulings by Federal Appellate courts. Overturning plaintiffs, class action and various state suits. The impressive nature of these Appeals ruling is that the courts are ruling against plainfiffs on fundamental points of law. (rather than narrow rulings re: technical matters...) In other words, IMHO, (please critique) that the substance of the law is upheld in favor of Tobacco companies. dk
