I like that this deal says acquired. No mention of a letter on intent. Seems like it is a done deal and we have no worry about a failed letter on intent.
So they are working hard behind the scenes. This release is much more powerful than a letter of intent. IMO Dave

I'll post the eps figuration later, but IMO the shares are valued at .35 right now, assuming they used every last share they had authorized to purchase this.

I'll try to call the transfer agent later.
