Nice theory mrs shell,
The only problem is that if that was the case, why would MTEI's management be so concerned about informing their investors through 3 seperate press releases over the last 24 hours? I don't understand that...

Also, I like your terms... "they may seek"... Well, honestly, there is probably 1000 things they may seek... Can you please be a little more vague...

And you someday might crawl back into the shell you were hatched from.

You'll learn soon enough exactly what their intentions are. They are not done with press releases about the lawsuit and fully understand their wasn't enough details in the first one. However, that is what their lawyers told them they could legally put out right now. They do not cut corners to appease day traders, shorters and shills like yourself. Now that Jack is doing the press releases, they are approved by legal counsel before they even go out the door. Got it?

>In which case you'd all be shareholders in ICVI once again

Does that mean we would suddenly NOT be shareholders in
MTEI anymore, and our ownership would revert back to
a sunken gambling boat on the Missouri river?
ICVI as it's former entity traded last at .04 cents.
Is that where you think we're headed. It might be best
if the SEC stopped trading until this is cleared up.
Alot of damage can result if rumors are unfounded;
and it's not fair to the current shareholders for
unanswered legalities to truncate the share price
of whatever we own.
