Bird, please... If that was the case, one company sueing another (or former company) about half of the stocks on the NYSE and NASDAQ would be halted... It was only Janices' poor excuse for creating panic... The reasons MTEI's management wanted to have a public company are still intact, and the benefits are still very present. The real problem I see with Janice and company is this... If your intentions are what you claim, you are focused on the wrong companies... MTEI management has shown no indications of malace or any mistreatment of shareholders for that matter... If you were sincere, you would be going after companies like IDID, or PLSIA or Cendant... Clear cut cases of management defrauding shareholders... However, you are not, which leads everyone here to suspect you of different motivations... Refer to this post... exchange2000.com ~Scott
