Janice, If it was MTEI's intention to rescend the merger, I absolutely guarantee you that you would not have seen today's press release... They would not be spending one additional cent on valuations, property acquisitions or press releases... Sorry, but if they wanted to rescend the merger, they would in no way be obligating MTEI to additional leases and costs.. What they would do is rescend the merger and then continue with the business they are trying to create... Sorry... I think the press release you just saw this morning is about all of the intentions you need to see with MTEI regarding this latest slandering by your part...And you do have it in writing... MTEI is continueing with business as usual.. Something you would not see in a company that no longer wants to be public... ~Scott

This is DEFINITELY NOT MTEI's intention AT ALL. The ICVI merger is done and expect to see more clarification on the lawsuit. Rescinding the transaction is simply not an option for MTEI. You guys are really too much. How many companies, let alone BB companies, will let you see their books? Get real. Btw, how much do you guys get paid daily by the Market Makers? Or is it by the post?
