The "more rather than less, sooner rather than later" Prez wants to hold off testifying until September. Seems he needs five weeks to prepare his lies. And, get this, he says he needs a vacation! It has been widely reported that Clinton is the most disengaged Prez since Wilson was incapacitated by a stroke. Seems all Clinton does is raise $$$ to fund his obstruction of justice campaign and take vacations. There is no way that Clinton can claw his way out of history's cellar, as America's most corrupt and ineffectual president. Forget history, now he must hope that he can cling to what is left of his presidency and stay out of jail.
