By the way Kevin, not sure if you had anything to do with it, but I did get today's news over at ETRADE. Their news is provided by quote.com and not every release was sent to this service...

I completely agree and like your reasoning, the problem
with what you are saying is that it trades like there are
168 mil available, not 30 mil, and the MM's are going
to treat it that I believe intill it is reduced,thats why
I posted the question. Time will tell and I havent let go
of any shares yet....
