This is a great question,
If they do, Expect the stock to get killed. According to DELL the margins are no good down there. (CPQ beggs to differ) So the market would probably take it as a move of desperation by Dell.
OR,
If the stock gets killed, maybe they will go down there in an effort to excite share holders and get the stock back up.
