I think the whining was due to the stock dilution effect VSGN caused. The original BORL investors paid heavy for VSGN and are still unable to overcome this. The current buy back is to try and stem this effect but has yet to show. Wall st is not interested in a company who puts their (investor's) interest last. It is ok to have a good product and a successful company but as a publicly traded organization one must also consider the public partners.

IBM is in no hurry to scoop up INPR they can currently use the products and have plenty time to buy it cheap after INPR bears more development cost while doing nothing to enhance the stock price.
