Just got a news flash on my RT saying

"Inprise announces completion of 11 million ......."

Unfortunately I don't know what "..." is and have been researching finding the release from XPR.

The $11 million Equity Financing completion seems positive to me since the strike price for these Series B Preferred Stock is at or ABOVE today's price.

This completion seems to have been completed NOW at the behest of the investors and has been on the table and available since 6/97.

Any thoughts ??
