Kev: -----> Good luck with your personal issues. thanks it's no big deal and I've made more of it than there is my mother has been dead nearly 3 yrs and my father nearly 16 yrs and my mom remarried about 10 yrs ago ---- leaving my stepfather a life tenancy in the house...... he's purchased a house and 20 acres and is moving out and it's just the emotional upheaveal --------- and I got paid yesterday for the sale of my grandmothers house ---- a whopping 20k---- I just told Scott ----- one of my fav quotes I need to remember and use right now ---- "It'll grow back" .... one redeeming feature of this real estate related problem is I've not had time to dwell on the loss I'm incurring in my long time core holdings in the market ----- gggggggg later ------
