<<renting Delta Force for 20 shares of MVEE>>. Alright, now you're making fun! It stands to reason that it would take some massive, ongoing effort to get $1 billion into debt. Golan and Globus are now using off-balance sheet financing to produce the movies. I've been told that off-balance sheet financing overstates the company's financial condition because there are no assets, accumulated depreciation, or amortization. Whether the company uses off-balance sheet financing or borrows the money to make the movies, the key thing is "Does the movie make money?" It would appear that this problem of making expensive movies that don't sell would not be repeated by First Miracle. The off-balance sheet financing does limit their risk (and perhaps their return).
