My best guess is that already issued treasury shares were used.I would be surprised and amazed if they printed any. Why would they.
They have treasury shares. They would be locked up for more than a year if they were used.

The answer to your question is ZERO. Then number of outstanding shares has been ~ 610 million. No new shares for the acquisition. 1/3 held in the treasury (or by acquired companies), 1/3 by company officers, 1/3 in the public float (of which at least 1/2 is held long term by a few investors if we buy what some of the people on this thread are saying). Nobody's skirting the issue. Read back a bit today and you'll see some good info on it. can't give you exact posts. You'll have to do it yourself.

The company hasn't really disclosed anything about how much they paid for IT and Realty Money Center. I'm also still waiting to hear about the details surrounding the reverse merger, but I guess 7 weeks is too soon and I have to be patient (sic).

Mel
When I talked to John he said the company had no intention of increasing os shares. And that they would use shares for acquisitions that are already outstanding. And than after their acquisition(s) were complete they would than address the number of shares that were left with a possible buy back. This issue will not be addressed until their business plan is completed. This Business plan was started rolling long before prwt shell was taken over. And there is still more to come. When all this is put into place than the share issue will be addressed.
