Hold on for dear Life. I received from my broker, SB, their post earnings report analysis. Pretty lengthy but very positive. They maintain PSFT at 1H, their highest rating and have a price target of $65 which they comment will probable be raised. One of the most interesting observations to me was their belief that PSFT "should no longer be viewed as a small or medium cap aggressive growth software story compared against other small cap high growth software companies, but as a large capitalization, growth stock." They explain their feeling of the recent downside pressure on this stock to be, partially this kind of growing pain thing. They raise their earnings predictions for 1998 and 1999. My broker scrawled on a post it note stuck to the front of the report. "Just hang on."
And, so I will.
Later.
Susanne.

More. I looked back at Chuzz's EPS for this year and next. This report I am looking at from SB reports expectations for the two quarters 1998 $.66 to $.68 and for 1999 $.93 to $.95. Looks like this averages out to very close to the Chuzz figure.
Later.
Susanne.
